Terms of service

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. To qualify for return, goods must remain unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact. Damaged items caused by customer misuse are not eligible for refund.

To start a return request, send an email to relecipa387@gmail.com with your order number and photos of products. We will reply within 2 business days and provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives damaged, defective or we shipped the wrong product. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Customized, clearance and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged.
