Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery time varies by destination. Domestic US shipments normally take 5–10 business days after dispatch. International orders may experience customs delays, and customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by local customs.

We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs clearance or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier first, then reach out to our support email.
